With over 28 years of experience in the Architectural Engineering field we can provide you the quality & technical experience you expect. In addition to our standard design services we also provide complete upfront pre-design and governmental agency permit processing.

Our project representatives will follow the project application throughout the pre-construction process to ensure that everything is on track. We are a dynamic and customer responsive operation with offices in Southern California and New Jersey.
THE ISBS GROUP 's design group has built up a wealth of experience in the wide range of projects with which we were involved. There is no substitute for experience and knowledge but at the same time we are heavily committed to utilizing all available technology and putting it to work for ourselves and our clients. Our portfolio shows a cross section of the types of work that we have performed. THE ISBS GROUP has extensive experience in most types of building design from new dwellings to village halls to flat conversions to factory units. We carry out a full range of a sevices from site surveys, to feasibilty studies, to submitting planning and building applications.

Flexibility is high on our list of priorities and we like to listen to our existing, and prospective, clients in an effort to constantly update our range of services offered. CAD technology has meant that we can carry out drafting only projects. We can prepare drawings for clients which are not only less expensive than if the client produced the drawings themselves but gives the client's work a new dimension in presentation.

Alterations to such work can be carried out in a fraction of the time that traditional drawings take to revise. We are firmly committed to investing in new technology. We now solely use Computer Aided Design (CAD) which enables us to produce much more cost-effective and better presented work. Examples in our portfolio show how technology can be used to create and manipulate images.

The Internet is also invaluable to us in being able to keep up to date with the latest product and technical information.

This preview of a full web based application that will became a standard in Disbursement control system’s providing real time access to projects reports and a friendly Interface for Lenders, Borrowers, Administrators and Inspectors alike.
	30 March, 2003 DEMO 1.02 THE ISBS GROUP announces our new preview of Our System (Disbursement On-Line Control). Version 1.04 Beta on-line presents full web based application to Setup Project and Tracking. Includes Users manager, setup project properties, funds, users and Line Items. New project wizard, automatic control data and tracking draws. The Project is near of the end. THE ISBS GROUP systems area are currently testing the application.
