LIS (LINE ITEMS SETUP APPLICATION) is an extension of Disbursement Online Control System System.

LIS 1.0 provide an useful way to work and publish Line Items Projects Setup to Disbursement Online Control System system without a permanent online connection. Builders, Lenders, Administrators and Borrowers can now work offline on the Project Line Item's and publish it later.

LINE ITEMS SETUP

Once you install LIS 1.0 you will be able to insert directly on Disbursement Online Control System (Disbursement Online Control) your Projects Line working from you desktop computer. Using sheets, will browse all 16 division, choosing by division the total numbers of line Items you required, LIS will allow you set your original allocation as an optional data.
Features a searchable database by Line Item code or name, as well as term sheet search features users will interact rapidly and effectible with LIS.
Users will be able to save Line Items Setup Files with “.lis” extension on you PC, containing all Line Items information, for review, completion and futures templates.

PUBLISHING FILES TO Disbursement Online Control System SYSTEM

Because the files generated by LIS are independent of Disbursement Online Control System System you can setup multiples templates. The files have not direct relationship with the projects, this relationship will be started in the publication process.

When you send a LIS (.lis) file to Disbursement Online Control System System, a connection is established to Disbursement Online Control System Server to show the available projects where you can publish the file. You choose the project, previous user and password validation, and simply send the file.

For security reasons, the file is not published inside the project, file is published into an temporary database allocated in Disbursement Online Control System Server.
The file must be processed by the project processor / administrator. When the processor / administrator insert the file contents into the project then you will able to view the changes on Disbursement Online Control System System online project.

Once you publish the file, if you forgot to publish some Line Item or you want change prices, you can publish again, the system save the file replacing the old file an alert a message will popup the ask if you want to overwrite.

Disbursement Online Control System System will Allow each user activate one publish only by project, all files that an user try publish will be the some publication and overwrite the last.
Disbursement Online Control System system store the user information when a file is published and this don't allow more than one active publication.

This is if you send the file 1 and then try to send a file 2 to the same project, Disbursement Online Control System send message of overwrite publication unless the files have different names. If that is the case Disbursement Online Control System will not accept any other file, only to overwrite the previews file
This is because the files are independent of the publications and Disbursement Online Control System support one publication by user and project at the same time, to avoid conflicts and Line Items duplications.

Note that you can save the files and then you can send it as an attach file via email to Disbursement Online Control System System administration.
