Comprehensive
Inspection Services are provided to ensure construction conforms
to the building loan Disbursement Online Control System umentation.
Our IS report catalogs work in place and/or completed to
date. A line item breakdown identifies all verified percentages
of completion. A separate narrative summary is also provided
that addresses the quality of work, and current loan status.
All executed and pending change orders are referenced to
the construction budget and evaluated to the projects scope
of work.
The IS report also reviews the project schedule, identifying
any variance from the original milestones and lists all
findings and recommendations with appropriate follow-up
steps.
